About

Who are we? How do we work? What are our values?

How we work

We are specialists in both ‘rural’ and ‘podcasts’ and pride ourselves in our strong understanding of bringing these together. Our mission is to make rural stories mainstream and this drives everything we do.

We aim to give you the best possible start in podcasting and offer a holistic approach. Unlike many other agencies we get involved in the planning stage of episodes, making the most of our rural industry knowledge.

We believe in creating a professional end product, but also in having fun along the way, and we hope that you will enjoy working with us.

Our values

  • Make a difference (help others, have fun, always look to be the best version of ourselves)
  • Approachable (be friendly, relaxed, kind, team players)
  • Professional (be knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable, good attention to detail)
  • Creative (be thoughtful, think outside the box, dare to be different)

About our founder

Ben Eagle BA(hons) PGDip(agriculture) ATCL MRAU

Ben started podcasting in 2016 when he launched the Meet the Farmers podcast. The podcast has taken him all over the UK recording farming stories and enabled him to build an extensive rural network. He is driven by an ambition for every rural person to have their voice heard and to make rural stories mainstream. This resulted in him founding RuralPod Media.
